We rely on our quality ingredients to give you the best gelato. We start with fresh whole milk, eggs and pistachios picked when fully ripened - we use only the finest pistachios in the world. Our pistachios -Mawardi and Perfect Green- come mainly from the land of origin of this ancient fruit, and are harvested and selected carefully for their aroma and colour, then ground to paste to produce a uniquely flavoured gelato ice cream. But it doesn’t stop there! More pistachios are caramelised and chopped to give you the full pistachio experience that every pistachio lover deserves.
