Grom was born in 2003 from two friends who had the dream of making the greatest gelato by sourcing the best ingredients. “Il gelato come una volta” - A gelato made as it used to be. At Grom, we aspire to recreate the authenticity of Italian gelato. All of our products are created in Italy with ingredients from natural origin. For our sorbet we chose the mango variety Alphonso, known as “The King of Mangos” for its sweetness, richness and flavour. The Alphonso mango’s special features are its buttery texture, delicate aroma and juicy pulp. Our Grom Mango Sorbet contains 45% mango pulp. We do not add colours, flavourings or emulsifiers. We rely on our natural ingredients to give the best flavour in our gelato. Our Grom Sorbetto al Mango contains a delicious combination of the sweetness of Alphonso Mango from India and the freshness of water from the Sparea Springs. While we always look to bring our gelato to new levels of tastiness, we also want to provide for customers who are looking for gluten-free or vegan dessert options, we believe that sorbet that doesn’t lack in flavour should be accessible to everyone!
