Armed with just a notebook and a spoon I squash, squeeze, test and taste my way through sleepy villages and bustling cities, searching for the next thing to tickle my taste buds.A lot of love and care goes into creating the delicious Far Eastern-inspired recipes for Yee Kwan’s honest, handcrafted ice creams and sorbets.Using only good, tasty ingredients, I began making ice cream which fused the flavours of my Chinese heritage with the thrill of childhood trips to the local ice cream parlour in Yorkshire, where I grew up. And it proved so popular we started a family business.All our milk and cream is sourced from a local farm near to where we make small batches of our super-delicious ice cream.
